In-Person Therapy in San Diego & Telehealth Across California

You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

Maybe you’re used to being the one who holds it all together. But lately, you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself. Something isn’t working, and you’re ready for a change.

I want to help.

As a licensed psychologist, I’ve spent more than 25 years helping people through difficult seasons of their lives. Therapy is a place to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and find new ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter most.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Together, we can help you move toward greater clarity, self-trust, connection, and a life that feels more like your own.

I welcome people of all body sizes, abilities, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and neurological differences.

Therapy for Meaningful Change

People come to therapy for many reasons, but my work has particular depth in a few areas. I work with high-achieving professionals who feel overwhelmed despite appearing capable on the outside, women navigating the emotional and psychological changes of midlife and perimenopause, and couples who want to break painful patterns and feel more connected.

    High-Achieving Individuals

Finding calm and fulfillment beyond success.
For professionals, students, and driven individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, or performance pressure. Together, we’ll explore new ways to relate to your thoughts and emotions so they have less control over your life — without losing your motivation or values.

    Adults Healing from Childhood Abuse

Healing the past, reclaiming the present.
Past trauma can quietly shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. In therapy, you’ll find a compassionate space to process your story, develop new coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and self-acceptance.

A welcoming space for everyone.

I’m honored to support each person’s unique journey toward greater self-understanding and wellness. I look forward to meeting you and walking beside you in this process.

“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can't survive.”
