Comprehensive Psychological Solutions for Women

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative relationship. We climb on the observation deck together, so we can get a full sense of your problem. I am an active therapist. I ask questions and get curious about being in your shoes. I invite you to try exercises to give you a new perspective and make positive changes. My wish is that you leave my office with an action that moves you towards a meaningful life. I frequently suggest in-between session exercises to help with this movement.

Therapeutic Approach:

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach informed by: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT).

Insurance Plans Currently Accepted at Collaborative Psychological Services:

Although Dr. Woolley is an in-network provider for Aetna, she is not currently accepting new Aetna clients at this time. If you would like to find an Aetna provider, please click here.

If you have another insurance provider, my services do qualify as out-of-network benefits (OON). I am happy to provide a receipt or Superbill you can submit to your insurance company if they reimburse for out-of-network (OON) providers. Every insurance company is different, and it is important that you contact your insurance company before our first session to find out if they accept OON providers and what percentage they reimburse when you see someone out of network. You would continue to pay me for each session, but at the end of the month, I would provide you a Superbill which you can send directly to your insurance company to submit for reimbursement. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions about this process, I'm happy to assist you and provide guidance about how to communicate with your insurance provider about your benefits and reimbursement.
